Why do you want to be a Laney counselor? What keeps you coming back to Laney?

Camp Laney is a very special place for me. There are not many days I go without thinking about camp. For many of my friends summer is a time to go to the pool, unwind from school, and work a little bit. Personally, I have found that during my summers I prefer to wake up early on top of Lookout Mountain, hang in the trees, and ultimately become the kind of guy that I looked up to as a camper. When I was a camper I had many great counselors that eagerly lead me through adventures and my two weeks at camp. I have also found this same eagerness is what compels me to be a counselor and to come back to Laney for my second summer on staff.
