Sunday Showdown!

Sunday is a different day at camp. We wake up a little later and go straight to breakfast. After breakfast the campers go back to their cabins and get ready for personal and trunk inspection. We are making sure the boys are healthy and taking showers. We are also checking their trunks and making sure they are not keeping anything wet, dirty, OR ALIVE in their trunk. We then have a short snack break before going to church down at Morning Watch. Former counselor and Program Director Scott Russell delivers our Sunday message. In the afternoon, we had SUNDAY SHOWDOWN. There were seven different fun games set up around the field and in the gym that Apaches and Comanches competed in for points. There was also a FROGGY FREEZE shaved ice truck that kept the campers cool during the afternoon. There were some fun games like Hula Hoop Tic-Tac-Toe, a Dunk Tank, Water Balloon war, and more. Tonight we had our Campfire and sang songs and had some funny stories and jokes.

Supper- Cold Cut Sandwiches (Ham, Roast Beef, Turkey, Cheese) Potato Chips Oatmeal Crème Pies
